Hands-on review: ZVEX Effects Fuzz Probe

Can't remember the price. Around 50 US$.

It's a nice mellow distortion, very suitable for contemporary rock and alternative rock. Even better for Gospel rock! Nice shape too!

The name makes you think it gives out some heavy distortion but it's not a metal distortion pedal.

Good construction, still hasn't broken... had it for the past decade.

Dont count on this pedal to play hard rock or metal music. It's perfect for alternative rock though. Overall it's a good pedal. With a good amp, you can get some classy distortion.
